The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 看的是真过瘾，文戏一刻钟，打戏一小时，建议找个好编剧，好导演，把故事好好讲。
动作和画面依旧优秀，只是放到一个电影时长里就有些审美疲劳了，故事略显薄弱了，或者说没有特别出彩的配角。

一些关于03年非典的戏份当下看起来十分应景。
简单的故事，乱世武侠的内核。打斗画面实在精彩，导演着实武侠控。

不同的文化和语言并没有起到像《驾驶我的车》里的错位效果。除了几个略打动我的点以及人马对视，乏善可陈。

加长版的番，临清人狂喜。和之前的番的效果一样，动效好，剧本相对薄弱一些。不知道主创团队有没有把这部影片出海的计划。如果有就好了。
