The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 上乘科幻片，對人性的思考絲絲入扣，無套路，有真義。
可能不是在卖设定，而是在讲人性。演得很稳，对新技术的憧憬、惧怕、憎恶，对家人的爱与不舍到放手都精确呈现，很惊喜的是奥卡菲娜演得很有角色信服感的同时又有自己的性格在。另外影片美术就真的很apple，外加一些黑镜味儿。然后，憋着不杠设定真的有点难受，不过既然也不是那种奔着票房去的强目的性片子，就算了。
不理解让克隆人代替自己生活，不管初心是什么，伴侣/家人需要知道真相。所以看不太下去。
很巧妙地从人类侧作为主角展开来谈人工智能背景下爱和回忆的故事，之前其实也有不少影作会从人工智能本身来谈，拍着拍着就成了科技惊悚，但这部娓娓道来，还是很有感受的。从小就听过一个道理，当你紧紧握住某个东西时，反倒是更容易从指尖滑落，不管是爱还是回忆
我并不认为人类可以被代替，如果我能在对方心里留下重量，死亡可怕吗？
