The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 不得不说比索金上一部导演的片子稳了太多，该痛就痛该爽就爽。一切历史都是当代史，是“OUR blood”掀起了暴乱。波拉特演了个这么严肃（？）的角色差点没认出来
虽然我对我们社会的一些欲盖弥彰也不是很赞同 但是真心觉得天下乌鸦一般黑 结合今天发生的事也没觉得民主自由就好多少 都是闹剧一场
这是一个历史的书笺，插在60年代的「The whole world is watching」，又体认美国当前的政治局势进行表达。虽然长达两个小时但富于技巧性的拍摄手法和节奏感甚佳的剧本却不会让人疲倦，注意力始终能集中在这个很密的法廷故事之中，而演员各自精彩的表演将电影焊接得更有凝聚感。索金是想把抗议与审判，以及每个人的背景都挤进去，所以有时会让人觉得很仓促。
插画师定格住历史性的时刻和一张张激昂的面孔 而需要看精神科的Hoffman法官只配在那里敲个槌子
本来都担心要审美疲劳了，直到听见“Who started the riot? Our blood."这种台词，再次默默感慨，Sorkin还是好懂我的点... 后半程的模拟庭审戏剪辑非常出彩。

3.5。我还挺喜欢这片，可能是源于特定时间的一些价值认同？但其实，这样的叙述以及正反强烈对比给我造成了一种看爽片的感觉，看完之后只剩下激动了，这与之前的预期存在着一定的落差，不知道是好是坏，也可能只是方向不同吧。

7.8 对法庭逼逼片一直都很有好感，这片毛病不少，但看着挺爽。
也许是鄙人经历过1980年代末期的各种运动思潮，对于游行抗争有直面的感受。
